How & When To Contact Us Over The Seasonal Period

With the year coming to an end and Christmas on its way, our SAP Business One support elves will be enjoying a well deserved rest over the coming festive period.

Our SAP Business One certified support experts will be on-hand providing assistance up until Christmas Eve and will return to full business hours in the New Year.

Festive Support Hours

Monday 20th – Thursday 23rd December 2020: 9:00am – 5:30pm

Friday 24th December 2020: 9:00am – 12pm

Monday 27th – Tuesday 28th December 2020: Closed

Wednesday 29th – Friday 31st December 2020: 9:00am – 5:30pm

Monday 3rd January 2021: Closed

At Seidor UK, our helpdesk operates between 9am and 5:30pm (GMT) Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Between the Christmas and New Year period, a reduced service (SAP consultant ‘on-call’) is provided.
