SEIDOR reaches €1,125 million in revenue and grows by 28% in 2024

  • The technology consulting firm, with more than 10,000 professionals, expects to maintain double-digit growth in 2025 and aims to double its business figure within a five-year horizon
  • The entry of the investment firm Carlyle, with 60% of the capital, has strengthened the global growth plan, focusing on strategic markets such as the US, Spain, Italy, Germany, and the UK
  • SEIDOR reinforces its leadership as the main SAP partner for the midmarket

Madrid, May 22, 2025 — The technology consulting firm SEIDOR has closed the 2024 fiscal year with a turnover of €1,125 million, representing a 28% growth compared to the previous year. This progress has been balanced both in Spain and in the other markets where it has a direct presence.

With a team that, today, already exceeds 10,000 professionals, the company continues to strengthen its position to become a global reference company in its sector.

Leader in the midmarket and a benchmark for large companies

In its main market, Spain, SEIDOR has consolidated its position in the mid-sized business segment, thanks to a comprehensive and integrated value proposition, based both on its status as one of the main reference partners of SAP in the midmarket on a global scale, and on the strategic alliances with other major technology providers, such as Microsoft, IBM, Salesforce, AWS, or Google Cloud. In this regard, Sergi Biosca, CEO of SEIDOR, has stated that “in Spain, we want to be the major technology provider for the midmarket, based on our leadership in the SAP ERP field and our high capabilities in practices with other leading technology partners”.

Additionally, the company has strengthened its presence in the field of large accounts and public administrations, especially in Madrid. In this area, the integration of Gesein, a consultancy specialized in the public sector and, in particular, in the General State Administration, stands out. Biosca has indicated that “we are going to accelerate our positioning as a relevant player for large companies and the public sector, significantly in Madrid, with a focus on specialized solutions of high quality and added value”.

To this end, SEIDOR has strengthened its service and solution offerings over the past year to address the challenges faced by organizations in key areas such as ERP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data AI, and Customer Experience.

In parallel, in other international markets, SEIDOR has intensified its strategy to establish itself as the reference partner of SAP in the midmarket on a global scale, boosted by growth in key operations such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Italy, the start of operations in Germany, and sustained development in Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa.

During 2024, the company has combined organic growth with selective integrations to accelerate its development and consolidate key capabilities in each region. In this regard, the acquisitions of HT High Technology (Italy), B1 Solutions (United Kingdom), and Argentis (United States) have been fundamental in strengthening the value proposition in these strategic markets.

Sergi Biosca has pointed out that "the results of 2024 confirm the robustness of the model in all markets and allow us to look to the future with ambition, with the necessary capabilities and assets to face new challenges and continue offering high value-added services." Biosca added that "we have continued to consolidate our position as a technological player with real capacity to compete on a global scale."

International Recognitions

Globally, SEIDOR has been distinguished in 2024 with 20 recognitions from SAP in markets such as Spain, EMEA, and Latin America. Additionally, SEIDOR has been recognized for its ability to acquire new clients in Cloud and lead transformation projects in countries such as Brazil, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, and Chile.

Microsoft, on its part, has selected SEIDOR to be part of the elite group of the Responsible AI Innovation Center (RAIIC), in recognition of its commitment to responsible artificial intelligence and its outstanding role in the implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot. IBM has also distinguished the consultancy as Partner of the Year in Spain in the Power category. Additionally, it has been recognized as the best Salesforce partner in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, during the Dreamforce 2024 celebration.

Future Perspectives: Global Ambition and Commitment to Talent

SEIDOR plans to maintain double-digit growth in 2025 and has set the goal of doubling its revenue within a five-year horizon. To achieve this, it will focus its efforts on consolidating its presence in strategic markets, combining organic and inorganic growth, prioritizing the integration of companies capable of accelerating business development and providing key capabilities in each territory.

These perspectives are accompanied by a firm commitment to talent as a growth driver. In this line, SEIDOR has launched SEIDOR Sounds, a transformation program designed to drive the company's growth through people and establish itself as a space for professional and personal development, both for current talent and new hires. Its goal is to generate a shared organizational evolution, aligned with the company's values and purpose, in a diverse, inclusive, and open environment.

In turn, SEIDOR plans to double its workforce in the coming years, with a clear priority: incorporating artificial intelligence as a structural lever that permeates the entire organization. In this regard, SEIDOR has launched a generative AI adoption plan through Microsoft's Copilot for 1,000 professionals in the company. The goal of this program is for each professional to integrate AI as an enhancer of their capabilities, combining human and technological growth.

New Majority Shareholder and Board of Directors

One of the milestones of 2024 has been the entry of the global investment firm Carlyle as the majority shareholder of SEIDOR, with a 60% stake, while the remaining 40% remains in the hands of the founding partners. This strategic operation will allow accelerating the international expansion plan, consolidating the current business model, and maintaining the headquarters in Spain. In addition to financial support, Carlyle brings management experience and proven best practices in the development of large technology companies, reinforcing the solidity of SEIDOR's project.

Following the operation, a new Board of Directors has been established, chaired by Josep Benito, Executive Chairman of SEIDOR, and comprising Sergi Biosca, CEO of SEIDOR, along with other representatives from the company and Carlyle.
