18 July 2023 – SEIDOR, a consultancy firm specialising in technology services and solutions, began its direct activity in the Nordic countries with the acquisition of LittleFish, a company specialising in SAP Business One deployed in cloud environments, and to which SAP awarded its Gold partner status for its commercial achievements.
With this operation, the Spanish technology consultancy is gaining a foothold in the Nordic market, with this being its first acquisition in this territory, and whose operations will be managed from SEIDOR's office in the United Kingdom.
After the purchase, LittleFish, which has its head office in Halmstad (Sweden) and an office at the World Trade Center in Gothenburg, will now operate under the SEIDOR brand and be managed by Mats Lundberg, its current director, who will continue to be a partner in the company. The Swedish organisation was founded in 2006 and serves approximately 80 customers. It is made up of a team of 17 experts in SAP Business One.
In the words of Carlos Iribarren, manager of SEIDOR One, the business unit specialising in all-in-one management solutions for SME, "the addition of LittleFish is particularly exciting, as it represents SEIDOR's first venture in the Nordic region, thus confirming our growth in every part of Europe". He added that "thanks to the company's extensive experience, we will also be able to strengthen our customer support in this region with highly innovative complementary solutions".
Mats Lundberg, founder and CEO of LittleFish, said that "this acquisition is a major opportunity to keep growing with a leading partner in the IT sector, such as SEIDOR, which has a broad portfolio of comprehensive solutions and great expertise".
With this purchase, SEIDOR is expanding its geographic influence and continuing its internationalisation process. The consultancy is already operating and directly present in over 44 countries with a staff of more than 8,000 technology professionals. The purchase of LittleFish thus provides an opportunity for SEIDOR to continue branching out geographically within the technology sector, allowing it to offer its broad portfolio of innovation solutions and services to new customers and organisations in order to help them overcome their business challenges and achieve their goals.
