40th anniversary
In relation to the brand strategy, SEIDOR's corporate director of marketing and communication, Iván González, pointed out that "this year, we are celebrating the company's 40th anniversary, an ideal moment to launch our new image". According to Iván González, "the new visual identity responds to a new strategy that continues to focus on technology but humanising it".
"In our image we have the claim 'Human focused. Technology experts', with which we want to highlight the human aspect of our activity, which is fundamental for the progress of the business", added González.
Presence in 40 countries
The consultancy firm ended 2021 with a direct presence in 40 countries. By region, SEIDOR has seen significant growth in Europe (Spain, Portugal, UK, Italy and Belgium) and the Americas (especially Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Peru), and positive growth in the Middle East and Africa.

In 2022, SEIDOR expects to continue a similar evolution in all these regions as in 2021, but with a focus on Asia, the US and EMEA South (Southern Europe and North Africa), mainly through acquisitions. On the other hand, the consultancy firm will continue to identify opportunities in LATAM, with the aim of completing its capabilities and solutions offering.
Through its innovation centres in Silicon Valley, Tel-Aviv and Barcelona, SEIDOR is driving projects in IoT, AI and Smart Mobility to respond to key business challenges and connecting with the main start-up ecosystems around the world. The consultancy firm also occupies a relevant position in specialising in this type of solutions in Healthcare, Education and Industry.
Acquisitions to diversify the solutions offering
With the aim of continuing to strengthen its service offering and geographical expansion, SEIDOR has carried out acquisitions such as NTS, through which the consultancy firm has incorporated the Salesforce practice in Spain and strengthened its capabilities in intelligent mobility and IoT; Metrocis and Sycnet in LATAM, in order to reinforce its SAP and infrastructure offering.
It should also be noted that in the previous year, in 2020, SEIDOR acquired Clariba, which has positioned SEIDOR as an international leader in Analytics and strengthened its presence in the Middle East and Europe in this practice.
Strengthening talent management and sustainability
SEIDOR is committed to sustainability based on four pillars, such as the development of ICT talent, the promotion of diversity in the workplace, respect for the environment and ethical business management.
In the area of ICT talent development, the company trains 400 people annually through alliances with universities and the SEIDOR Academy, the consultancy firm's own training centre. The company also has a retention policy based on flexible work models, personalised development plans and multiple opportunities for evolution, based on different technological practices.
Comprehensive offer for large companies, SMEs and the public sector
The expansion of SEIDOR's range of services in recent years has enabled it to offer the market a clearly differentiated integral proposal for large companies, SMEs and the public sector, which provides total and global coverage for the transformation needs of its clients, through technologies.
Although all areas are growing at double digits, the growth rates are higher in those technologies that still represent a smaller volume of business in SEIDOR's activity, compared to other more established areas, such as ERP or Analytics, mainly those linked to the most significant technological trends, such as Cloud, Customer eXperience, Cybersecurity, Workplace and Innovation such as IoT, AI and Smart Mobility.
SEIDOR also plans to strengthen the design, development and marketing of its own products, generating intellectual property, such as Clinicgram and Círculum, Ulises, IoT Bricks, Precision Farming, on platforms of the main leading international technology providers.
New partners and strengthened strategic alliances
During 2021, SEIDOR has reached agreements and boosted its relationship with technology providers such as Salesforce, Google, AWS, Cisco, among others. It has also continued to strengthen strategic partnerships, notably with SAP, Microsoft, IBM and Adobe.
The consultancy firm also has stable collaborations with European institutions and multilateral organisations to promote digital transformation projects around the world, such as the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European Investment Group Bank, the UN and the Banque Africaine de Development, among others.
Partnerships with institutions to promote economic activity and talent include leading international business schools, universities, technology centres and business associations.
