  • SEIDOR grows by double digits in its strategic markets in Europe and the Americas, with significant progress in Spain, the United Kingdom, Brazil and the United States.
  • The company consolidates artificial intelligence as a structural driver, with its own Center of Excellence, the Delfos platform and ISO 42001 certification.

Barcelona, April 30, 2026. The technology consulting firm SEIDOR closed fiscal year 2025 with revenue of 1.174 billion euros and +7.9% growth at constant exchange rates. With a team that today already exceeds 10,000 professionals, SEIDOR dedicated 2025 to preparing the company for the next phase of growth, with a new global organization and the deployment of the ONE SEIDOR model, a roadmap to operate as a single integrated company at international scale, harmonizing structure, processes and value proposition, and making available to each client all the capabilities, assets and talent that SEIDOR has built across its presence in 45 countries.

ONE SEIDOR, the new 2026-2030 Strategic Plan

The Board of Directors approved the 2026-2030 Strategic Plan in November 2025, which sets the goal of reaching 2,000 million euros in revenue in 2030 and consolidating SEIDOR as the global midmarket leader in SAP and technology services. The plan is supported by four growth engines (SAP, Solutions & Technology, Marketing and Talent) and is built on a dual model: Midmarket Champion, aimed at mid-sized companies, and Boutique AVANT, aimed at large enterprises and the public sector. The priority markets are Spain, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Spain, the company’s backbone

In its main market, Spain, SEIDOR grew by double digits in 2025 and consolidates itself as the company’s backbone. The Large Enterprise and Public Sector segment is gaining sustained weight in the country’s business mix, reflecting the company’s growing presence in large organizations and public administrations, beyond its traditional leadership in the midmarket, in a process in which Madrid is increasingly gaining weight within the business in Spain.

In this area, the presentation in Madrid, to an audience of more than 100 CIOs from Spain’s leading companies, of Boutique AVANT, SEIDOR’s differentiated proposal for Large Enterprise, stands out. It is a boutique model, with expert teams, an agile structure and intensive use of artificial intelligence and agents, aimed at increasing analysis capacity, speed and precision in projects.

Sergi Biosca, CEO of SEIDOR, stated that “SEIDOR’s experience in midmarket, with focus, proximity and the ability to make the complex simple, is also a direct advantage in large accounts, especially in a cycle where value is shifting from execution capacity to judgment and measurable impact”.

Double digits in key international markets

At the same time, SEIDOR has intensified its international strategy with double-digit growth in its priority markets. The United Kingdom has positioned itself as one of the markets with the greatest traction during the year, while Brazil and the United States confirm the solidity of the model in the two priority levers of international expansion.

Biosca noted that “the 2025 results confirm the robustness of the model and allow us to face the next stage with ambition, with the capabilities and assets needed to continue offering high value-added services and competing at global scale”.

AI, a structural lever for the company

During 2025, SEIDOR consolidated artificial intelligence as a structural axis of its client proposition. The company has created an AI Center of Excellence with more than 200 professionals and has consolidated its proprietary platform, Delfos, which enables users to interact with virtual assistants in natural language with data, documents and corporate systems, privately and securely. On this basis, SEIDOR deploys specific agents that accelerate the modernization of SAP clients, facilitating the transition from traditional ERP to cloud environments (from Business One to SAP ERP Cloud), as well as new agents that strengthen the proposition in Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data & AI and Customer Experience.

In parallel, SEIDOR has obtained ISO 42001 certification, the first certifiable international standard for the responsible management of AI, which accredits its governance, transparency and ethical control in the development and use of intelligent systems, a key guarantee for clients in regulated environments. In addition, the company has deployed Microsoft Copilot to more than 2,000 professionals in Spain, doubling the initial commitment to reach 1,000.

The CEO of SEIDOR explained that “we do not conceive AI only as a lever of efficiency, but above all as a growth engine: to drive the business, generate more value for our clients and open better opportunities for our professionals”.

Among the 11 SAP Global Platinum Resellers worldwide

In 2025, SEIDOR achieved SAP Global Platinum Reseller Partner status, a distinction reserved for only 11 organizations worldwide that recognizes its global capabilities, excellence in ERP Cloud and applied innovation. The company today has more than 5,000 SAP consultants, more than 6,600 clients and closed 222 RISE projects and 86 GROW projects during the year. Added to this are 18 SAP Partner Excellence Awards in 2025 (21 in 2026) in Spain, EMEA and Latin America, as well as two SAP EMEA recognitions in diversity and inclusion (CSR Award and Top Partner Talent).

SEIDOR has also been recognized by Google Cloud with the SAP on Google Cloud - Services specialization, an accreditation that reinforces its capability to migrate, implement and manage next-generation SAP environments in the cloud, as well as to connect them with advanced data and artificial intelligence capabilities.

Beyond SAP, SEIDOR has been recognized as an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, the highest level of the global program, and IBM has distinguished it as Partner of the Year in Infrastructure in Spain 2025, in addition to the Channel Partner award for cloud strategy.

Likewise, the company ranks in the Top 5 in Spain as an IT services provider according to Whitelane’s IT Sourcing Study, with 84% satisfaction and the Exceptional Performer category, and is included for the third consecutive year in the Forbes Top 100 of the best companies to work for in Spain and in the Forbes Top 100 Best Reputation.

15,000 applications in the first quarter

The Strategic Plan is accompanied by a strong commitment to young talent as a structural lever for growth. In the first quarter of 2026, SEIDOR received 15,000 applications, 200% more than in all of 2025 and 700% more than in all of 2024. More than 500 people have been trained at the SEIDOR Academy, with 40% women and active training in AI; another 500 students are participating in the Sonar event on quantum computing and artificial intelligence, and the company has launched a scholarship program with ISDI for high-potential profiles. Likewise, SEIDOR was the main sponsor of Talent Arena, which brought together more than 25,000 attendees.

Carlyle, one year later: strategic thesis confirmed

One year after global investment firm Carlyle became SEIDOR’s majority shareholder with 60% of the capital, the announced “soft transition” has materialized: the Benito family maintains the remaining 40% and the executive chairmanship, and the company’s headquarters remain in Spain. In addition to financial backing, Carlyle provides access to an ecosystem of more than 60 global technology portfolio companies through its CETP vehicle, which strengthens the group’s commercial and delivery capacity. The transaction makes it possible to accelerate the international expansion plan, focused on the United States, the United Kingdom and Italy, while maintaining the discipline of organic growth combined with selective M&A.
