Manage all your organisation's maintenance processes, minimising interruptions to production processes and integrating new technologies, such as IoT, to advance monitoring, mobility and maintenance.

Organisations are paying increasingly greater attention to facility maintenance processes in order to minimise disruption to production processes due to breakdowns or scheduled interventions. The focus may be our own assets or customer-owned equipment or facilities. Resource planning (internal or external), cost control and mobilisation of information to provide speed and security in interventions are 'focus' aspects. In addition to corrective or preventive actions, the IoT enables progress in asset monitoring and predictive maintenance.

In terms of maintenance, we use the core functionality of the ERP's PM module as a starting point. This functionality is often sufficient to cover all the needs of companies, achieving integration with the company's departments.

Similarly, in customer service, the starting point is the ERP's CS module, which leverages the PM functionality and adds the necessary sales flows for the billing of services, both with regard to in-house repairs and services provided in the field.

To optimise maintenance, it is necessary to endow it with mobility and have all the information available anywhere and be able to report its activity. To cover this need we implement SAP Asset Manager included in the SAP IAM suite or our own SEIDOR PM Mobile product.
