Madrid, July 1, 2026. Technology consulting firm SEIDOR and business school ISDI are promoting an alliance to strengthen the professional development and digital capabilities of SEIDOR teams in a context of rapid adoption of artificial intelligence in business.

The initiative comes at a time when technology companies face the challenge of accelerating AI adoption without losing critical thinking, business vision or connection with the real needs of their clients.

The alliance brings together SEIDOR's global leadership in technology consulting with ISDI's track record as an international benchmark in training professionals for digital transformation. The agreement combines technological knowledge, business vision and applied learning to prepare the professionals who will lead technological transformation in the age of AI.

The collaboration connects directly with the internal listening process carried out by SEIDOR through SEIDOR Sounds, the program created to strengthen the connection between the company and its talent. In this context, professionals expressed the need for more development opportunities and greater support in their professional growth.

Applied professional development

The collaboration will be structured through scholarships, corporate terms, training pathways, programs aimed at clients and the participation of SEIDOR experts as instructors in ISDI programs. In a first phase, it begins with seven scholarships for SEIDOR professionals in Argentina, Chile and Spain, with continuity throughout the year through new calls and access criteria aligned with ISDI's training offering.

The focus will be on programs linked to digital transformation, data and AI, with an approach applied to business and technology. The alliance will make it possible to strengthen the digital capabilities of different SEIDOR profiles and adapt the training initiatives to the company's development needs.

The agreement also includes programs aimed at SEIDOR clients, especially CIOs and technology teams, through sessions linked to areas such as SAP, cloud, data, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and customer experience. This line will make it possible to transfer applied knowledge to companies that are reviewing their processes and the capabilities their teams need to move forward in the adoption of AI.

Sílvia Sousa, Director of Strategy and Transformation at SEIDOR, said that "technology talent is gaining relevance in an environment in which companies need professionals with judgment, learning ability, business vision and proximity to the client". Sousa added that "this collaboration with ISDI allows us to strengthen the development of people capable of leading and accompanying technological transformation processes, within SEIDOR and together with our clients".

For her part, Basola Vallés, General Manager of ISDI, stated that "in the age of artificial intelligence, training cannot be limited to teaching tools, but must help professionals develop judgment, business vision and the ability to apply technology in real contexts. This alliance with SEIDOR allows us to work precisely at that intersection between talent, technology and business, connecting learning with the concrete challenges that are already transforming organizations".

The collaboration will also make it possible to strengthen SEIDOR's connection with the digital talent ecosystem and generate knowledge about the capabilities companies will need in the new stage marked by AI.

With this alliance, SEIDOR and ISDI advance in a global line of work aimed at developing technology talent with greater judgment, business vision and the ability to lead real transformation projects. This approach seeks to respond to one of the main challenges of the new AI stage: training professionals capable of turning technology into tangible impact for organizations.
