The Advanced User license option provides full access to the functionality suite included within SAP Business ByDesign. This license type is ideal for ‘super-users’ who can edit business configurations within the system, manage other users, and create business analytics and reports within the solution.

Core Users will typically be used by the majority of people who access the system to manage daily activities. It’s ideal for office-based personnel, such as project managers, sales executives, or those working in finance teams.

The Self-Service User type is perfect for those who may work remotely or in the field. These licenses provide time and expense reporting capabilities, purchasing, travel management, service confirmation, and basic approval functionality.

How much does SAP Business ByDesign Cost?

To get started with this born-in-the-cloud solution, you must first purchase the SAP Business ByDesign Base Package. The Base Package includes 3 Core User licenses and 2 Advanced User licenses as standard.

The Base Package starts from £1,277 per month and includes one productive and one temporary test tenant, three country-specific versions; the fully integrated suite of standard functionality; and quarterly releases of new innovations from SAP.

User licenses start from as little as £15 per user per month for a Self-Service license. Core User options are slightly more expensive, with Advanced User Licenses starting from £152 per user per month.
