Solution: From design to prototype in a matter of days
Digital transformation to turn their local file system into a modern global and cloud-based Document Management System (DMS).
Through Design Sprints, we went from design to prototype in a few days, using tangible objects and the participation of various teams, including technicians. The process allowed for quick identification and resolution of issues.
Regarding technology, a secure cloud system was implemented in collaboration with Box to manage documents with sensitive information, offering 24/7 access and complying with high security standards.
Outcome: Improved productivity
