SEIDOR Strengthens its Customer Experience Services by Partnering with Cloud Solutions - Nectia

SEIDOR, a multinational consulting firm specializing in technological services and solutions, has become the majority shareholder of Cloud Solutions - Nectia, a company specializing in customer experience Salesforce business solutions, with a direct presence in Chile and Colombia. This operation will reinforce its projection to the entire American continent.

This partnership allows SEIDOR to expand its customer experience services, adding more than 100 professionals to its staff and increasing its portfolio by more than 200 clients. With Cloud Solutions - Nectia, SEIDOR enhances its partnership in the Americas with Salesforce, a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed to promote all company areas that interact with customers.

Cloud Solutions - Nectia reached revenue of 5 million USD in 2021 and a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 30% between 2016 and 2020. With its integration into SEIDOR, the new Salesforce Services area expects to multiply its consolidated revenue by five times in 4 years, exceeding 25 million USD by 2025.


The business activity of the new company will focus its growth on services around the Salesforce cloud and complementary solutions in the areas of productivity, document management, electronic signatures, and solutions based on new technologies. This partnership will complement the portfolio of the SEIDOR Innovation Area, such as Artificial Intelligence solutions, virtual assistants, and chatbots. It is the first Salesforce Reseller/ISV in the region, a Salesforce Gold Consulting Partner, and a regional monday.com partner. These solutions and services are present in financial services, higher education, logistics, utilities, and energy.
