As you know, on 1 January 2023, the new law that places a special tax on non-reusable plastic packaging will go into force as part of the law on waste and contaminated soil for a circular economy (LRSC in Spanish).

This tax is levied on the use of plastic packaging in Spain, with three taxable events: The intra-Community manufacture, import and acquisition of products that fall within the target scope. This webinar is thus intended to offer different management tools and solutions that efficiently address this new scenario.
