GESTAMP adopts a solution aimed at covering the complete management of travel expenses - SAP Concur

GESTAMP carried out an evaluation of cloud solutions to improve their travel expense processes, looking for a tool that could cover the complete management of travel expenses integrated into their SAP ERP system. It was to this end that they implemented SAP Concur Travel & Expense, with the aim of completely digitising the company's travel operations.

During the project with SEIDOR, coordination between all parties involved in the implementation of the modules was key. SAP Concur Travel, integrated with the travel agency, while SAP Concur Expense, had to do it with the ERP through the native addon integration to account for travel expenses.

A big part of the solution aims to improve the user's travel experience, so a tool was designed to facilitate travel requests and the input of vouchers into an expense report through the mobile app itself, reducing the time spent by the traveller with the previous tool.
With the easy adaptation of the tool and the application of SAP Concur's functional best practices, it was possible to parameterise a system that increases the efficiency of employees and everyone complies with the company's policy, thanks to the rules system incorporated in the solution.
