Iberconseil | S/4HANA
A successful conversion has provided the company a stable system for new developments well ahead of SAP's proposed deadline.
Iberconseil has been a leading company in the distribution and import of all types of European cheeses since 1986, with headquarters in Barcelona and Madrid and a logistics warehouse in Girona. It manages an active range of 1,200 products from seventeen countries.
In 2021, it reached the figure of ten thousand tonnes of cheese and a turnover of 65 million euros. To ensure smooth operations, Iberconseil needs to keep its systems up to date and stable.
Due to the company's structure, size and business type, ICT projects can only be developed at a specific time of the year (from February to October). They decided to manage the conversion to S/4HANA in two phases and in sufficient time after the SAP communication on the cessation of support to SAP ECC.
