Iberconseil | SAP S/4HANA
The successful conversion to SAP S/4HANA enabled them to have a stable system for new developments well ahead of the initially proposed deadline.
Iberconseil has been a leading distributor and importer of all types of European cheeses since 1986. It manages an active range of 1,200 products from seventeen countries.
In 2021, it reached the figure of ten thousand tonnes of cheese and a turnover of 65 million euros. To ensure smooth operations, Iberconseil needs its systems to be up-to-date and stable.
Due to its structure, size and type of business, ICT projects can only be carried out during a certain period of the year (February to October). They decided to manage the conversion to SAP S/4HANA in two phases and with sufficient time after SAP's announcement that it was ceasing support for SAP ECC6.0.
