SEIDOR Global Kick-Off Meeting 2026: Global Alignment to Strengthen Growth
SEIDOR held its Global Kick-Off Meeting 2026 with the participation of more than 10,000 professionals across the 45 countries where the company operates. The meeting served to align the organization around the strategic priorities for the 2026–2030 period and to reinforce coordinated execution across all markets.
The session opened with the presentation of the 2026–2030 strategic plan, structured around a central idea: consolidating a solid foundation and strengthening the pillars that will support the company’s next growth cycle. The objective is to move toward an increasingly integrated and scalable model, with stronger global coordination.
ONE SEIDOR as an Operating Framework
During the session, CEO Sergi Biosca emphasized that ONE SEIDOR is not a communications concept, but an operating framework. The priority is to act as a single global organization, with shared direction and effective cross-country collaboration, while maintaining customer proximity and the ability to adapt to local markets.
After a year focused on clarifying the strategic direction, 2026 is positioned as a year of activation and coordinated execution, with an emphasis on replicating best practices and scaling models that have already proven successful.
SAP as a Structural Driver of Growth
One of the key themes of the meeting was SAP’s role in the company’s strategy. Javier Navarro highlighted the importance of Cloud ERP, the shift toward more recurring models, and the integration of artificial intelligence capabilities as key drivers of growth in the coming years.
As outlined during the session, the challenge is not only commercial but also operational: strengthening project industrialization and international coordination in order to fully capture the market opportunity.
Expanding the Technology Value Perimeter
From the Solutions & Technology area, Guillermo Martínez explained the evolution toward a value proposition that goes beyond traditional ERP. Infrastructure, Data & AI, and cybersecurity are being integrated into a more connected offering, designed to enhance the value delivered to clients and to build long-term relationships.
The meeting also showcased internal AI use cases, demonstrating how these capabilities are progressively being embedded into processes and teams, with a direct impact on efficiency and the operating model.
Organizational and Cultural Transformation
The organizational dimension was also a central focus. Sílvia Sousa addressed the cultural evolution associated with the ONE SEIDOR model, highlighting initiatives aimed at strengthening strategic clarity, internal coordination, and talent development.
Overall, the Global Kick-Off 2026 served to align the organization around a more integrated and consistent execution model — a necessary condition to sustain SEIDOR’s international growth in the years ahead.
