SEIDOR boosts its activity in the Nordic market with the acquisition of LittleFish from Sweden

The technology consultancy firm integrates the Swedish IT company Littlefish, specialised in SAP Business One in cloud environments and awarded as Gold Partner by SAP. With this operation, SEIDOR completes its first acquisition in the Nordics.

18 July 2023 – SEIDOR, a consulting firm specialising in technology services and solutions, establish their first office in the Nordics with the acquisition of Littlefish, a company specialising in SAP Business One deployed in cloud environments, and awarded as Gold Partner by SAP.

With this acquisition, the Spanish technology consultancy firm takes a step into the Nordic market, with this being the first acquisition in the territory.

Following the acquisition, Littlefish will operate under the SEIDOR brand. The company was founded in 2006 and has its headquarters in Halmstad (Sweden) and an office in the World Trade Center in Gothenburg.

In the words of Carlos Iribarren, director of SEIDOR One, the business unit specialising in comprehensive solutions for SME management, ‘the integration of Littlefish makes us particularly excited, as it represents the first implementation of SEIDOR in the Nordic region, which confirms our growth in all European territories’. He adds, ‘In addition, thanks to the company’s extensive experience, we will be able to reinforce our support to our customers in this region with highly innovative complementary solutions’.

Mats Lundberg, founder and CEO of Littlefish, said, ‘This acquisition is a great opportunity for us to continue growing with a leading IT partner such as SEIDOR, which has a broad portfolio of comprehensive solutions and great expertise’.

With this purchase, SEIDOR expands its geographical influence and continues its internationalisation process; it now operates in more than 44 countries, where the consultancy firm has a direct presence with a team of over 8,000 technology professionals. The acquisition of Littlefish therefore represents an opportunity for SEIDOR to continue developing its geographical capillarity within the technology sector, allowing it to offer a wide portfolio of innovation services and solutions to new customers and organisations looking to meet their business challenges and achieve their goals.
