Banco Caminos, founded in 1977, is part of Grupo Caminos, one of the leading Spanish economic and financial banking groups specialising in collectives, mainly civil engineers and other related professional activities and sectors.​

After profound changes to the company's management systems, staff and culture, 2023 began with a new strategic cycle that will last three years.​

As part of this cycle, the company decided to adopt a technological solution that would allow it to oversee its human capital management processes digitally.​
