COFAS | SAP ERP
COFAS is a pharmaceutical cooperative with 622 members and 134 employees, operating in Cantabria, Asturias and León. The company implemented SAP ERP to improve the entire supply chain so that it could evolve at the pace demanded by the pharmaceutical sector and its rapid transformation.
It chose Seidor for this project due to its experience with other cooperatives and its expert teams in the sector. Seidor accompanied COFAS throughout the implementation and evolution process. COFAS increased its sales and improved its entire supply chain in terms of replenishment and replacement with improved batch control and traceability.
